The Belkin F5D5050 uses the Pegasus 2 chipset (I have one).

@satiropan

When plugged in it automatically binds to the Pegasus2 class*, and eth1 becomes available in network settings.
I've never used Sirion, so I'm not sure whether it would work in a similar manner on OS4.1.

* When all classes are available (for some reason they weren't in MorphOS 3.1, and needed adding manually via Poseidon prefs).

@Boot_WB

Ya, I ended up buyng the F5D5050 adapter and it really has the ADM8511 Pegasus II chip inside.
So now my problems are almost over.
I have freezes that Grim Reaper says are due to the OHCI driver.
I have tested different versions of the ohci driver, from the oldest to the newest, still there are freezes. But I won't bother you here, I'll open a new thrad about USB drivers
Thanx
