The floppy module is mostly completed. Due to the modular nature of the program each module can be completed independently. What UAE-Assist does so far: All of the supported floppy functions: floppy enable/disable, floppy type -- HD, DD, SD 5-1/4 -- floppies inserted in the drive at boot time, create 3 types of blank floppies, floppy emulation speed. EUAE can be started with any configuration file. I decided to only change the affected parts of configuration files. Comments and unknown options are left intact. I may post what is completed so far before I move on to the next phase. It might be useful in its limited state.

@samo79

I don't see how an iconify gadget would be very useful. After you start EUAE it's gone.

I just tried to to create some empty floppy files and got weird results...

3.5" DD created a 1,802,240 byte file (HD).
3.5" HD created a 0 byte file.
5.25" SD created a 0 byte file.

Seems it's not as completed as you thought
