Hello,

digging around the web for the argument above on the subject, i found this:

http://code.google.com/p/test-ng-pp/source/browse/trunk/3rdparty/mockcpp/3rdparty/boost/config/platform/amigaos.hpp?spec=svn20&r=20

What is it?

Moreover, anyone heard more info about the some time ago announced Neat framework?

@AmigaBlitter

Boost is just a bunch of standard OOP classes that you can use to write C++ code with and that quite a few opensource C++ programs make use of (Battle for Wesnoth uses it f.e.).

You can download a very old, clib2 based AmigaOS 4.x port of Boost from OS4Depot:

lol c++

do everything in assembly or macro laden C, it's the amiga way

strong typing is like memory protection, it's for bad programmers

Well I've never used it as I'm not a C++ programmer and pretty much all programs I port I compile using newlib so I forget that it's included with the SDK now.
