@mcbone

CDTV doesn´t meet minimal requirements for Amikit on Amiga (68030, AGA, 16 MB RAM).

and of course...

Its good to see new users!

I dont get the question: is it related to use of AmiKit package on PC? To fully use it you need AmigaOS 3.9 CD (you can find on Internet but for legal reasons they are not supplied with it) or AmigaForever CD. When prompted during install, choose what do you have, insert proper CD and finish install. You will get most updated AmigaOS 3.x ever, way beyond OS 3.9. Very nice package.

CDTV is now collectable, it is kind of Amiga 500 bundled in multimedia box. There were quite expensive and rare special CDTV keyboard and mouse, but I do belive ports are standard. So you might try getting e.g. Amiga 2000 keyboard, standard Amiga mouse and joystick of that time and external floppy drive to make it a complete Amiga 500 system, if you prefer real thing to emulated.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amiga_CDTV

Note: It is possible to expand CDTV even to be able to hook on Internet and have a hard drive, but that is quite difficult task, you should let go. So that is normal for that kind of system.

As they mentioned, there is "Amikit for real AMigas" (same system as you use on PC working on real Amigas) but it requires quite upgraded system that you can built only on Amiga 1200, 3000 and 4000 systems
