I do actually have one of these spare (believe it or not).
However, a lot of the pins are damaged on the main slots. When I connected it to my beloved A4000 it cooked some resistors (the ones that act as a fuse on the -5V line, I believe it is).
It's a pretty simple board, and the ICs on it are fine - it's just the board connectors that are broken and need replacing (not an easy job).
It's yours for the price of postage if you want it (a lot less than what I paid for it when it allegedly working - though it never worked for me).
