You got insomnia too hey? Had a 24 hour bug this end so been in bed all day. Result = can't sleep now. Great game btw, so much prettier than the M$ version.

Was this the one with the loads of different tile sets? I remember one having some great Bettie Page cards.

Had it since 1997...

Haven't slept for any longer than 3 hours in any 24 hour period since May of that year...

Sometimes don't sleep at all for 72 hours solid and even then I still only get 3 ruddy hours kip...

Currently into hour 45 of my latest stint...

Only time I get a descent sleep is when I slip into one of me comas but they only happen about once every three and half to four years... should be due a nice wee coma around November of this year though...

Can't say to be honest as I've never downloaded either of them, got my version of Klondike years ago from an old magazine cover CD...

Pretty sure I've got the Bettie Page set somewhere, but you can find lots of Klondike card sets online...

Hey Franko. I wonder if you could get your sleeping looked at? Unless you are not bothered, you could find you would benefit from regular sleep. We have this nhs thing which if money wasn't so willfully wasted within it, would be a good system, might as well be utilised.

@Mikey

Go here. This is the successor to klondike, same game plus freecell, released in 2005 with both OS3 and OS4 versions.

Edit: ooops, sorry, no freecell in that version, grab soliton from amnet if you want it as well on OS3 or from OS4Depot.

@A1200

Do you really think we could handle a calm, rested, relaxed & coherent Franko? «shudder»

Been there, seen that, done that, got the t-shirt...

Nothing worked...

To be honest after about the first 4 years you get used to changing your lifestyle to suit all the extra time you now have...

After about year 6 to 7 your body & brain has grown so accustomed to it that it becomes perfectly natural and "normal" and honestly I couldn't imagine going back to a "normal" sleep pattern of around 8 to 10 hours per day...

PS: The NHS is in my very long experience and heavy use of it actually nowhere near as bad as a lot of people try to make out, sure there's always room for improvement and many things that could be done a lot better but like everything in life you've gotta accept the good with the bad and make the best of what you do have...
