I did. Not very difficult but the problem is not with Bochs itself, but rather with how to create images usable on purpose. My goal would be to ease how to run Bochs with FreeDos for example, in order to run DOS apps (hmmm ... games !).
Your DosBox port would be probably much better suited for that purpose (eg. GFX emulation is rather slow in Windows port of Bochs), Windows emulation could be interesting.

I still don't get it. It would like if you said "compiling was easy but I cannot do a shell script". What is so difficult in creating an image? I can do one in less a minute!
