I've bought PageStream, both v4 and v5, which ask for my personal information when they start up. I've entered the product registration number and a password, but they keep telling me to "Please run PageStream again and re-enter personal data." Has anyone else had this problem before or knows what could be wrong with the data?

This is my User-Startup entry for V4, just edit the path.

;BEGIN PageStream
Assign PageStream: "Work:Production/PageStream"
Assign PageStream4: PageStream:
Assign SoftLogik: "PageStream:SoftLogik"
;END PageStream

I also have a PageStream4.prefs file that has my personal data, check that it exists & readable, just a text file.

Don't forget to delete the os3 font paths & enter the os4 font path.
