When Bill Gates announces the next version of Windows, who will ask him if its legal to run it inside a PC emulator on a PowerMac? Who will ask him how to change this PC emulator to run this Windows? Who will complain when he complains that he doesnt like discussions about running his Windows inside emulators?

Bad analogy, Gates bought up VirtualPC and now gives it away for free. The MS site has lots of documents related to running virtual Windows, desktop and server.

Either way, the discussion that was going on was about increasing the possibility of running OS4, which means increased sales. That's good for users, developers and retailers.

Do you think limiting it to Phase5 hardware will stop piracy? Dream on pal.

Besides, who died and left you in charge? It's not up to you to decide who is a potential pirate. Take your unwelcome and ill informed opinions elsewhere.
