It depends on how the memory is organised on the board. If it is a single 256 MB address range, then it will appear as that. If it is two separate 128 MB address ranges, then you will only see one of them.
You are lucky.

I have what looks like an identical card. My benchmark is here:
http://hdrlab.org.nz/benchmark/gfxbench2d/OS/AmigaOS/Result/1122
I bought it 2 years ago, installed it, but found that Workbench could only see 128 mb. The seller told me I needed to configure BIOS to see the full 256 MB, so I assumed it wasn't supported by AmigaOS.
So I took it out and put my old 128 MB Radeon back in.
Anyway, last December I decided to try it again (reasoning that it was at least faster, with a higher clock speed), and lo and behold, I can now see the full 256 MB. My guess is that something has been done in the updates since then that reports the full amount.
However, I think the only time I've ever used more than 128 MB, the screen(s) became corrupted.
Oh, and it take 45 seconds from powerup before UBoot kicks into life. Last edited by daveyw on 19-Mar-2013 at 05:24 AM.
