@AliveMOon

Hey that looks funny, your Amiga2000 is too powerful now.
Nice job putting all that together!

@AliveMOon

Nice mod!

At first I thought you had gutted the 2000 and were running an emulator.
Took me a couple reads to figure that you have both machines in the case and are feeding the video output of the 2000 into the AmiTV on the Sam

@AliveMOon

i once tried this with a windows machine and an Amiga1200 in an RBM tower, was cool but since i absolutely have no interest in windows or linux or whatever , well i removed it after a few weeks but running it through Samba and Siamese was fun and a very cool idea.

Is there anything like Siamese for Amiga to Amiga? tvout looks rubbish over RGB/Scart IMO.

other than that, you system looks cool and conggratz on finishing that mod

@Toaks

The one photo show a null modem.
Tried the Trem and the simple "copy con: ser:", they go!

Twinexpress did not like the cable or Amiga AMIGA?

Continue to keep trying :)

ah , didn't look that closely on the cables.
Can't remember what Twinexpress is but i thought that was just a filemanager???

Siamese is more of a remote desktop thing...

Looking forward to see more of your mod(s).

@AliveMOon

So this is Project Cimbi? Interesting idea. I still freak at cutting an Amiga case.

@Hypex

Let's just say that:
I working Sam440 connect to AMIGA2000 CPU through LatticeXP.
I like use all the peripherals that are in the AMIGA2000.

The cuts work out well, but now is not the urgent goal!
I now measure what is more to be inserted and design card.

@AliveMOon

The military look is awesome, but please get rid of the flowers - somehow they dont quite fit in if you get what I mean

Now if you could make it shoot cannonballs THAT would be something. Then you could take it to some amiga party, and blast down one of them ugly MacMini's running weird OS's

I'm loving the fact you're using AmiTV! Nice to know that someone somewhere is using my program :)

I imagine your version is probably a bit ancient, I may have a better version if you want it.
