Rather silly to complain about the Customs adding import duty to your import, isn't it?
Nope, cos had you read all that I said and actually thought about it, then you would have realised that my surprise comes from the fact this has never happened before and was totally unexpected....
I still can't understand why after all the stuff I've purchased from the USA via eBay that this is the only time this has happened, just lucky I guess like the wee woman on the phone said...
