is it possible to use audio library with arexx for play sound i search method for update KeyRyhMe and new other project.

Please help me thank.

I am not familiar with audio.library, but it is very simple to play sound just by
copying the sound to audio:.
You'll find documentation and options in sys:Documentation/AHI/ahiusr.guide/ConceptIndex/Audio:
There is support for many different options. You can even record with it!
