Updated Amiga Forever Plus 2013 - Shortcuts not working

I just upgraded to AF Plus 2013 and found that the F12 shortcut to launch WinUAE controls is not working? Has this and other shortcuts changed in the 2013 version?

In AF Player select Tools -> Options -> scroll down and tick the "F12 for runtime options"
