During the Britain's Got Talent ad break this evening there was an advert for Magnum Infinity ice-cream... is it just me... or did theyjust rip off one of the Lotus Esprit tracks?

...which was actually first used on the Zool cover disk before being bundled into Lotus III as a standard track.

I see where you are coming from. Yes - it is very similar. As soon as I heard the ad it made me think of Zool and the title track that never was.
