@thread

Ok, so now we have that question mark with Amiga colouring, but what I saw was some letters and numbers in the window background, but I don't know could that mean something?

I don't get it....if we have to wait for tomorrow for more info, why put up a sign which says "More on Jan 1st" in the properties.......this is getting on my nerves

From Amiga perspective, I remember a A500 demo (by phenomena group).

Also it was a coding machine used for encryption during WW2. German. Polish mathematicians broke its code, alas there was a movie lately that Americans did it

That is called the art of teasing and creating hype.

I love this teasing by Hyperion, I hope they keep everyone guessing for a week!

Let them have their fun, and we can have some fun along with them

would the background text around the ? give meaning if decrypted with Enigma, is that possible?

@BigBentheAussie
Well a famous Amiga magazine was called Enigma in Italy (it was also the last one to be sold at newsstands all over the country) in its last moments it changed the name into Enigma-AmigaLife

This is going to be a nail-biter till the end

@Hondo

a-eon.com

Now gives us an "enigma" message and a window with a question mark in it.
The background in the ? mark window is filled with letters so I guess we shhould try to decrypt these.

Here is an Enigma emulator (JAVA applet): http://homepages.tesco.net/~andycarlson/enigma/enigma_j.html

But we need something for the settings for this to make sense!

Picture number 2. Because it's "Something to meditate on".

Right, maybe decrypting guru hex address thru enigma code would come up with something?

EON is of course an anagram of ONE... ie AmigaOne... so maybe some new hardware called Amiga-EON perhaps. And the ambitious part from the software side would be implementing SMP for this new hardware.

OK, so there's a jan2nd.png but not jan3rd.png.. perhaps we don't have to wait too long?

Although aeon.gif makes me think there's another clue coming.
