Some info there, note that the Devkit has gone down in price a little and also the devkit is now much more mature.

You can get help from ICE to setup up everything development wise and code wise, they will help with any problems and normal Q&A , as for the Pub fund (which is fully possible for you guys) , could be a hall pass to get the needed funds to port the title.

It all depends on how high you guys want to go, i mean.. supporting formats like VITA now can be an extremely risky thing as its so new and not a proven tech just yet but it can also be quite the opposite as the market need more titles.

The Vita is a fantastic piece of kit, easy to develop for , the hardware is like nothing else and its well documented.

Actually I don't remember anymore why I've set 2.2. as min. OS version
Have to double-check, I think it was some sound API thingy, but not sure.
