We love to make comments based on assumptions.
We have no idea if the sam460 vs x1000 exchange entails some other compensations ontop of it
between djnick and vox.

But jumping to conclusions based on what we think we know is how this community usually rolls, so \o/

Yes, I did read Vox and Djnicks comments, but Im not gonna bring out the pitchfork on something I dont have the full picture of.

a) Why is the AmigaKit account needed? What software is registered there that needs to be transferred?

b) I had no problem transferring my OS4 licence from the previous owner of my computer to myself. All it took was an email from the previous owner and an email from me. Have you tried just asking nicely?

Using "voltage" instead of "potential", which leads to inventing new words like "amperage" instead of "current" (I, measured in A) or possible "charge" (amperehours, Ah or Coulomb, C). Sometimes I don't even know what people mean.
