The ClassicPPC version was there a little while ago but now seems to be gone, has all pre-order-pre-allocated stock been bought already?

In anticipation, I dug the A1 out this morning and set it up in a corner of the living room (much to my girlfriend's chagrin) and, astonishingly, it booted first time.

As far as I can remember, I haven't switched it on for almost two years so that was a pleasant surprise; it usually needs a new CMOS if I leave it switched off for even a couple of months.

Wow that is good news, my A1XE hasn't been turned on in just over a year, might try and set it up again over xmas and see if it boots. Mine is usually the same though, unless connected to power cable it drains the battery within a few weeks.

After lurking for years, I decided to buy this and unpack my old trusty A4000. Too bad I didn't manage to get pass PayPal (I don't want an account, thank you very much), but I guess I'll get around that soon and be able to support the Amiga once again :)

Paypal doesn't usually require you to create an accpunt to pay by card, though it will encourage you to do so, you simple choose the other option.

The way it was presented made me feel there was no other options if I wanted to go through PayPay. Well, I'm hoping it's sorted out now, but I had to use other options to pay for my order.

I do have a Cyberstorm PPC and a CyberVision, but I think I'm a bit short on RAM to be comfortable (64MB + 16MB if I remember correctly). I am looking forward to boot up 4.1, but it's just as important to me to show appreciation and support for those that carry on the legacy :)
