@Metalheart

Lower is better the results was in milliseconds and the test have to be done with a clean start and maybe running it 5 times consecutively and calculating the mid value for each test.for better reading....

Thank you!

PS if someone with WinUAE will do the test, thank you too!

@Tuxedo

Does it benchmark the speed of Hollywood?

Not on my A1 but why does it report machines as having four CPUs?

I tried to run it on my Efika with MorphOS, says Out of Memory in File: HBT.hws (current line: 40 - In function: AllocMem). I had about 64MB free, out of the 128 on the Efika.

@Metalheart

sorry but where your Sam was fater than x1000 in taht test?

@Chain-Q

was the third test...It allocs some mem and maybe it was too much for your setup...I'll se what I can do...

I'll rework also the output values to get window output and also screen for android Hollywood player results...

@Hypex

Hemm. Maybe its test 1,2,3,4 not CPU 1,2,3,4.

@MetalHeart

Yes it's hard to understand what the test, says without a unit description.
Caws per seconds, or is it the time it takes.

> Anyway I was just surprised, as it didn't seem correct.

Its most likely is not correct.

A Sam460 almost able to play 720p videos, this the reports have from Sam460 users.

An AmigaONE X1000 is able to play some 1080p videos with AltiVec, without AltiVec you can play 720p videos.

However there are conditions where a Pegasus II beats an AmigaONE-X1000, Basilisk II benchmark I have seen this.

@NutsAboutAmiga

well...
that was a asimply cpu test, mplayer test was for sure more complex...
However depends also on wich 720p we are comparing, in hte thread ou linked x1000 was about 5 times fater than sam460...

Any chance it's the same problem as with e-uae using illegal CPU instructions ?!
