Just enough time to digest the news of Warp3D nova, that we are hungry again.

Any 4.2 news? Multiprocessor support, screenshot?

What about the new icons?

I have two words for you: AmiWest 2016
OK it's kind of two words smooshed into one, and one number.

News from Jamiga2 by Jaokim

http://jamiga2.blogspot.it/2016/04/boys-keep-swinging.html

Seems he has some problems with undocumented mem "mapmemory" function in AmigaOs that he solved by putting entire Java/Swing file in memory.

Sure not elegant but practical (and it works)...

Is there any skilled developer (maybe from Hyp.....) who could gladly teach Jaokim how does it work "mapmemory" and allow him not to waste memory by loading an entire file in precious RAM?

@tlosm

Well, a guy made new set of icons for MorphOS that cycle animate and play sound SFXs when clicked upon...

It is only an eyecandy but fun...

Not that there has been *anything* to "chew on" for more than year now in the first place...

...just announcements...and announcements for upcoming announcements...

...and of course broken promises...

You don't win me anymore with those...

Vampire... Apollo... Natami... At least something after 6 years.
Every bigger project in the world of Amiga needs time, be it "classic" or "NG".

It would be nice if hyperion would give news or some kind of information about OS 4.2. Status, considerations, some screenshot... instead of waiting for Amiwest or other shows.

Please
