@amigawiki

Is it the equivalent of wiki.amigaos.net but for Amiga 3.x?

@kamelit0

No, it isn't. This wiki is for all Amiga flavours for system friendly programming.

@amigawiki

Another coding site? I'll be in Amiga heaven.

So does ExecBase take off where UtilityBase left off? Could be a bit more low level.

@Hypex

No. Execbase is not a discussion forum. Only coding examples and general information.

When it comes to programming, the most important task is not to dwelve into C just because, but to try them all out a little to see if you find something that appeals to your way of thinking and your creativity :) And Amiga has so much to offer in terms of languages. Personally I am by no means a programmer, but I love to dwelve into doing crazy stunts using Amiga shell and ARexx (for which there are so many great libraries), and there is oberon, lua, modula 2, e, python... and things like CanDo and Hollywood, and AMOS...try them all, find out what lets you be creative. Learning computer programming is actually a lot like learning foreign languages, the more you learn, the easier and better you learn new ones :) Because, we humans _excel_ at pattern recognition ;)
