$100,000 to get the Infinity Player on iPhone, Android etc.

As reverse engineering of software is not legal in some parts of US
you can say that it's "probably illegal"

It's as legal as FFMPEG codecs you could say , or even more so because
those codecs have active patents and patent system in place.

Before asking is it legal you should do a research on WRIT Media Group
and then you will see legality of Kickstarter is last thing to worry about
when three companies (Amiga Games Inc. Retroinfinity and Front Row
Networks) are involved.

as far as i can remember Amiga make computers not games .....Aari did both but amiga just make computer

What's the point of sponsoring a team (even for one or two races) if you don't have anything to sell to people ?
