Since this is what I've been commenting in EVERY hardware thread lately:
Use an SB8x0 for audio/sata/usb/PCIe ports. It can be put on a riser board fairly easily. Shouldn't be difficult to support since SB600 was used on X1000. _________________
This weeks pet peeve:
Using "voltage" instead of "potential", which leads to inventing new words like "amperage" instead of "current" (I, measured in A) or possible "charge" (amperehours, Ah or Coulomb, C). Sometimes I don't even know what people mean. |
