| It was my understanding that this change really only affects older PowerPC macs before the G5, is that correct? Some people were talking about this in the Debian IRC channel.

nope all powerpc not big endian will be cut off from debian ppc and ppc64
only the ppcel will be developed (p8 and p9 and one nxp processor) look like the little endian is with the altivec off. _________________
