@amigat

Is there anything wrong with your Indivision AGA Mk2? Why do you want the Zorro video card instead of the Indivision AGA Mk2?

I don't have a Cybervision 3D, but do have several different Zorro2/3 video cards that I would consider trading to you. Will you consider any other Zorro video card instead of the Cybervision 3D?

@amigat

I thought the Indivision was made to promote all modes so you just need a generic VGA monitor or modern TV? Do you have a double scan Workbench mode that doesn't pass through or something?

Also, I didn't know the CV64/3d had a scan doubler. I know a standard CV64 doesn't. So you won't also need an external scan doubler for the CV64/3d?

No the Indivision aga mkII CR is a scandoubler and flickerfixer with extra screen modes but it's only 8bit (256 colors ) to use higher screen mode with extra colors 16bit you need the RTG graphics card aka the cybervision 64/3d but i don't want to keep switching tv inputs to view games or workbench so the scandoubler for the cybervision is needed to connect to the cybervision 64/3d via 10 pin ribbon cable which will auto switch between the aga chipset and RTG graphics card

@amigat,

I have a Cybervision 64-3D with FF. It fits in the cutout space on the bottom of the main card and connects to to the same slot. can not be used with any other card. Fits happily in my A4000T and is not for sale. Good luck.

@amigat

I'm sorry to inform you but I dont think anyone will do that swap for you. The cv64 is worth double.

@Thread

I'm confused. Would not a card with pass-through, such as GVP EGS Spectrum or Picasso ll allow the AGA MKII to send its signal through and automatically switch between the two when not in RTG mode, thus giving all the added advantages of both?

You want the whole card or do you already have the cybervision3d without the scandoubler ?

@Aminicle,

He just needs the scan doubler. I wonder what the CV64-3D does speed wise against a PIV in a Zorro3 slot.

I find that the CV64/3D is better then the PIV card

@amigat,

The Big Book says they both clock the same speed but, PIV is 24 bit max and CV 64 3D is good for 32 bit. Cirrus must be better than Virge.
