Haven't seen an official announcement, but on the AmiStore site, the release date has been changed from July, 2014 to September, 2014.

@Marky_D_Sahdd

This is a provisional measure whilst we implement and test the security layers in the system.

@amigakit

Looking forward to the launch. Glad to know you're not taking any half measures and making sure everything is checked thoroughly.

@Rob

Thanks, the platform's security, scalability and reliability tests are tedious but necessary work.

That's right.
Far better a good, stable and safe software later, than a bugged one earlier.

I bought MPlayer some years ago. Will I be able to import things I bought previously into my Amistore account?

Also it would be great if we could register older software using Amistore.

No you did not, Mplayer and DvPlayer are not the same product.

Mplayer is open source, you can't buy it you can make individual donations to developers working on it,
This are developers I know has who has worked on Mplayer for AmigaOS4.x
(Ka1e, FAB, LiveForIt (Me), Vandal, AfxGroup , Jourg S, abalabanb)
we do not share paypal account, paypal donations are individual.

Out of respect for all developers who has worked on Mplayer over the years I will not make direct profit from sales. Besides it be silly when the source code is availabile and anyone can compile there own version.

Man, that looks slick! Can't wait for it to land on my AONE500 :)

Question though: when I bought my AONE500 last year, I got a free RadeonHD license which I've used to download the driver for my current RadeonHD card. Will there be some way to import said license into AmiStore?

@Vistaus

Thanks.

All A-EON downloads and licences are automatically carried over to AMIStore because you use the same account to login to AMIStore as you do for all other A-EON network services. AMIStore also can check if you have bought a previous version to let you qualify for later upgrades etc.

IIRC the second gadget on the upper right is an iconify gadget, it doesn't have a maximize/minimize gadget as the window has fixed dimensions.

@jabirulo

Very true, is does currently iconify to a nice AMIStore Shopping Bag icon, made by Martin Merz.

@amigakit

DVPlayer will be an updated version or the 2011 version ?

Hoping a big and very interesting software for the launch of your soft-store...

Thank you for your reply.
