| Greetings
I used to use this website in early 2000s it is good to be back again.
Systems at the moment:
1x A1200 [no boot / no kickstart screen / missing parts] 1x A1200 (workbench prompt but will not boot) 1x A500 (dead) 1x A500 (working) 1x A500 Plus w/ 6 Meg RAM (working) 1x A600 (not working / missing parts)
The aim is to get at least one working A1200 and I will be selling the Amiga 500 Plus in the near future.
Look forward to some good discussions!

Welcome back.
Does the floppy rive in th A1200 that gets to the kickstart screen show any signs of life and have you tried using a drive from one of other systems yet? |

Hmmm that is a good question, well my Amigas have been in storage gathering dust, and I am on my third Mac since I stopped using Amigas.. the second Mac died after 2 years so not very impressed but I still prefer them to a PC as I use it for music production / day to day use.
If it weren't for the music I would probably be using a Linux box, although there are some good apps for Linux now so not ruling it out for the future.
The latest on the Amiga scene when I left was that the Micro A1 was released, and the SAM 440, I've heard bits about a few other systems but out of the loop is an understatement.
I am definitely what you would call a "Classic Amiga" hobbyist as opposed to a dedicated Amiga user these days, I neither have the funds nor the time at the moment to get any of the up to date systems... though if Amiga decided to launch a brand new wedge model similar to the A1200 I could be swayed
