A user in amiga.org forum reported that the complete MUI 3.8 with keyfile is present in an unspecified issue of Amiga Format cover cd. I have all the cover cds (except for the first two) but I didn't find mention of a complete Mui package on the front images of the cds. Someone in this forum have more informations about a full-version of MUI on Amiga Format covercd?? There is really an issue of AF with MUI 3.8 keyfile on disk?
Thank you

@DrProcton

Seem unlikely unless whoever compiled the disc made some kind of monumental *&%$up one issue.

You can still get keyfiles from Stuntzi, although it may take a while if he's away and I believe they aren't personalised any more.

@Rob

Are you sure is still possible to register and obtain a key? The sasg site seems in a state of long time disuse and obsolete, with a lot of broken links..

Yes, it's been mentioned several times lately, if not here but on other sites at least.

Googled first what about this?

https://www.mikeslab.net/?page_id=85

Bought them all. I thought the devs should have made them for sale for download to get a few or dollars.

If not too much todo.

@Templario

Surely i can find (barely legal) alternatives. But I am curious about a keyfile hidden in an amiga format cd. Someone found it so I will check. I'm pretty sure there is an issue with the complete magicwb, maybe I'll check in that coverdisk..

@DrProcton
The keyfiles in the Amiga Cover cd are a legend, even there is the legend of keyfile of whload program, scalos, etc., Amiga's legends.

From amiga.org forum:

Bit of a sidebar, but I was surprised to find the full MUI3.8, including keyfile on some Amiga Format cover CDs

@g01df1sh

I started to search in my collection. One thing for sure: they put different system files in every issue.
One thing that seems very strange to me, for example: in afcd n.6 they put a workbench installation inside the disk (you have to show all files in the cd root to see it). Strange..they had the right to distribute workbench?? This thing pushes me to continue my search. Maybe the mui keyfile it's not a legend ..

@Templario

You're right, the workbench files seems to be in a lot of amiga cds, but still no mui.key found (I'm still searching)
Meanwhile I sent a mail to Stefan Stuntz, let's see if there is s way to get a legal mui keyfile directly from the author (or if it can be considered abandonware).

@DrProcton

A lot of Amiga software on floppy disk had Workbench files included. So this was common. I don't know if there was some kind of agreement or permission from Commodore to do this.
