Thanks Ryu, I checked out the site and it's way over my head, guess I'll continue to host my site with my ISP!
I still wonder though, we pay to log on to the net with ISPs, how do they get onto the net? Somewhere along the line someone is running the show... Telephone companies I guess.

@lurkist

Telephone companies, cable companies, government agencies, satellite companies. Basically whoever controls the physical lines and giant routers that form regional and international backbones.

Nice project. Thought of giving my Efika a job like that, but eventually I was too lazy for that.
Thumbs up for you!

I will offer free DNS service for anyone running an Amiga web. All you need is a static IP and a domain name.

The nameservers are spread on 3 continents with the following addresses:
dns1.innolan.net
dns2.innolan.net
dns3.innolan.net
dns4.innolan.net
dns5.innolan.net

The servers are already hosting a number of domains. Drop me a mail at hostmaster [at] innolan [dot] net if you are interested. Only Amiga web servers plz.

Nice, I once had a HTTP server on my A2000 (something using Arrex Scripts) I always thought Apache was the only server existing on Amiga with CGI and PHP support.

You told me something new.

Haha I remember the Bath show. Interesting venue from memory. Squeaky floor boards
