Big Bash in the year 2008?

Hey all, was just wondering if there might be a Big Bash this year, I really missed the big get-together (apart from MikeyC's DJ'ing ) this year. I just went to the Amiga Big Bash website, and it brings up a blank page, saying only "Heckington" in a small font.

Anyone got any info on a possible UK get-together this year?

Robert

@Robert17
The 3cag site gets lots of spammers, so gets taken down for a while every now and then, if you need to ask try,and PM the Editor, but I don't think you will get one (show that is) until the legal dispute and or new Hardware is here.

Yep, not looking like there will be a Big Bash this year at this rate.

@Robert17

The 3cag site, along with Pboro.org has closed down. It was time to renew the ...er...lease ? but as I never got any new FTP details after the server crash and only spammers were joining I thought "Sod it all".

I assume the domain names are parked somewhere.

I got an A1260 with scsi card & 48mb of ram if anyones interested though !!

As for a Big Bash Show... Is there really any point ? IF new hardware AND software is RELEASED then maybe it will be worth doing it again.

Of course anyone else is welcome to put on a show !!

Mmm... a point. Not much point having a show if there isn't much to show at the show, and the only news for Mikey_C to broadcast is the depressing legal case!

I missed BB5 last year too!

Ah! Then that might explain "Heckington" also for:

"Heckington"?

/me takes out her Super-Duper Secret Decoder Ring and spins the dials...

/me raises her eyebrows

@all

Heckington is a village on the A17 between Kings Lynn and Sleaford, close to Sleaford.

Ask A1200 (Godfreys) hosts all these sites including the eyetech domain.

As for BB5, I wouldn't say its an impossibility.
Paul just needs some sweet talking
