From #amigazeux:

"Lucy is a small commodity that uses one of the new features of MorphOS 2.0
and makes currently inactive and/or unfocussed windows translucent,
depending on its operation mode.

Lucy requires MorphOS 2.0 and enabled 3D Layers."

@Cheese

Awesome to see software coming out so quickly for MOS 2.0, but, jeez, I hope the site admin removes this comment on that page though:

EDIT: I've removed the full quote. Hopefully it won't always be on that other site.

@fairlanefastback

Uhm, you hope it gets removed yet you quote it here?

That makes no sense.

Using "voltage" instead of "potential", which leads to inventing new words like "amperage" instead of "current" (I, measured in A) or possible "charge" (amperehours, Ah or Coulomb, C). Sometimes I don't even know what people mean.

Well this is a message board to discuss ideas. That site is for software from what I gather and the comments field appears to be for leaving comments about the software itself. Thats no comment on the software itself. Its just some needless cowardly attack. We need to recognize that this garbage needs to stop.

A general remark regarding aw.net stand on that quote in this post

@tomazkid

It would be nice it you send me a PM instead to cancel my post, this kind of method seems a little censored to me :-/

Direct moderation is censoring

Anyway, most of the time these days I do PM people asking them to change or reword their posts themselves, in this particular case I did not feel there was time for it.
When we moderate directly, we always sign with our usernames, so complaints can be sent directly to the person who did moderate, sometimes we do PM as well, but not always.

Any more questions we can take via PM's.

@all

The offending comment at AmigaZeux has been removed. Bravo!

Back on topic I hope to try Lucy out after I get my permanent MOS 2.0 key. It took a couple of days for the money to leave my bank account. Hopefully they'll send it to me shortly and I can maybe find some time this weekend, despite the holiday celebrations over here, to play around with it and install Lucy for a spin.

Minus what Tomas considered flamebait what were you trying to convey? PM me if you'd like.

@tomazkid

Yes I can understand the rules, but I prefer to be warned before, I'm a moderator in other forum (most italians) too, I always use this method, time or not, just to respect all the peoples around
Sadly I live in a country (Italy) that doesn't respect any decent and democratic rules in any way, so I tend to do always a correct comportament ...

There are a lot of immature people out there. Some of these I don't think will ever grow up and act proper. Really sad.
