I loved reading those comments by the judge, who was the witness, or do you know?

Sure. Ben Van Wijhe, mentioned many times in this and other threads I've posted to concerning Commodore history.

It's interesting to note this was discussed in detail in 2011 between myself and Barry Altman:

Quote:
Eugene van Os is truly the white knight is this adventure. Do not believe anything that was reported in the recent SEC filings by Asiarim. There were outright lies and misinformation filed that is being corrected and hopefully investigated by the SEC as we speak.

As it turns out, Commodore did have a "new daddy", just as Barry said, whereas all the people calling the statement a lie...were, in fact, the liars here. (evil grin)

Bah. Getting behind. Too many lawsuits to follow.

Regarding lawsuit described in post #99 this thread:

resolved

Quote:
ORDER: For the reasons stated above, the Court concludes that it lacks personal jurisdiction over the Petition against GBC Bank. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT C=Holdings's Petition is dismissed and the Restraining Notice is vacated. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to close this case.

@thread

Since there have been many comments (mostly concerning the CommodoreSmart folks) in relation to C=Holdings B.V. not having a current website, I thought I would mention a link that just appeared:

http://www.tulip.com/

In itself a link to the name of the old Tulip company declared bankrupt (see earlier posts this thread) is odd, imo.

But it becomes a bit more odd I think when you see where the link comes from:

Quote:
Adres

C= holdings b.v.

Claudius prinsenlaan 128
4818 CP Breda

Website

http://www.tulip.com

If anyone who reads Dutch can confirm this is the same C=Holdings B.V. and this connection to Tulip, I'd appreciate it, although the history fits.
