I've found it on the web and i think it's an amazing project but it seem to beautiful to be true ?

What's exactly ?

is it a fake or joke or else ?

There are some reputable people on the team so I doubt it is a joke but whether they come out with anything in a timely fashion may prove to be another matter. It may be vaporware, or it may come out and prove to be expensive, or it may prove to be something useful. There is nothing definitive about it yet.

I have no doubt that it exists, and that good people are working on it. It's a hobby project though, so it'll be done when it's done. Who knows when.

I'm not sure what you're on about.

Read the natami forums. The developers have jobs and busy lives, but they do update reasonably often. They've never stated a deadine, but they have posted pictures and stuff.

I'll be happy if/when it's released.

Yes, it's all true, at least it is in the minds and in the will of the people involved.

What is it about?
They are creating a new 68K Amiga with an FPGA (Programmable gate array... you can view it as a blank board on wich you can creat your own chips).
The goal is to create an evolution of the 68k family, the 68070 and an evolution of the AGA chipset, the SAGA (Super AGA) with built in 3D GPU and enhanced 2D Copper-Blitter.
Theorically it should become something comparable to a Play II, with a slightly less powerful CPU.

If the GFX FPGA is released someday, I hope we see a super low cost PPC SoC machine built around it. SAM440epLite (or SAM460Lite)

I think the aim of Natami is to stay a 68k based machine.
No PPC support is planned.

Well, there was kind of a "deadline", end of last years summer was it...

But then the "redesign" came, and now everybody is still waiting...

I wish them the best of luck, though...
