MY NEW MIGGY!!!

Working just fine, as you can probably tell! Man, it's been so long!

So, here's some virtual treats from me. My way of saying thank you to Twizzle, for his near-infinite kindness and patience, Amigakit for their extreme expertise and efficiency, and allowing awfully awkward alliteration, and everyone else who's given me sympathy and support following my terrible disaster.

Real nice. Only thing I don't see is a couple of speakers. Your looking good with that rig.

@QuikSanz

Well if I need it I've got the audio linked to the TV. Better that way for when I'm levelling volumes, as it's different with separate speakers or monitor ones.

@DaFreak

Indeed, shame she has nothing to do with the Amiga!

With the cold weather we've had, I'll have to wait a long time for her to get down to her bikini!

Stella is an international beer, produced in many locations, including Ukraine, Belgium, the UK and Australia.

I'll take the Stellas thanks.
Beer taste is a matter of opinion, bit like computers really!

You're right. I would also exclude the Annheuser-Busch variant of "Budweiser" from any beer list. Not to be mistaken with the real Czech variant of course.

Probably rather traditional Pils drinkers. As far as I know, bitter is more a regional British variant.

@polka.

I never did understand the 'Pils' stuff. We have Holsten Pils over in the UK which used to be quite popular. What's the difference?

Regards,
Rude!

It may be chemically manufactured in Leuven but Stella is not a Belgian Beer. That is insulting to the the rest of brewers in Belgium wo do produced some of the best beers in the world - Stella being the one big exception.

It is junk lager like Bud and Fosters, Heineken and Carlsberg - all of which may just have the one name on the label.

It is the Microsoft or the McDonalds of the beer world. Total garbage.

@Rudei

Make mine Guinness!

For a truly awful beer, try Turbo from Russia. Very high alcohol content, but the flavor content leaves much to be desired.

Actually, the best beer I ever had was on a Dutch warship. They had Heineken on tap, but without all the additives we seem to get here in the USA. It was pure European Heineken.

We American sailors were quite jealous of the Dutch. Their Navy is unionized, they were allowed to have long hair, and they had a bar/disco onboard. On American warships, all you tend to have onboard is a lot of hate and discontent. :D
