Would this be of any interest for the AmigaOS/MorphOS/AROS assuming of course it is compatible with one of our web browsers?

"the world’s first free software that allows anyone, tech-savvy or not, to make up and play their own video games without downloading any special software. "

Gamefroot - new web based retro game engine/creator

Wow, interesting link, I always dreamed of doing but I could not learn game programming. But I guess it will be a kit-game with very little creative freedom.

@TrevorDick

It would be for me, even if I'm really satisfied with Hollywood (now running Infinity!).

What concernes me the most, though, is the graphics part. Since I have no graphic capabilities I always relay on PD sprites, backgrounds etc.

How is Gamefroot doing on this department?

Regards
g0blin

@TrevorDick

Great to see things like this where people can make their dreams come true ...
Contacted him directly to say the same thing.

@all

If there is anything needed to make this happen on Amiga OS in what I am writing with Polymorph then whomever gets to make this work is free to use anything I am writing for any of the Amiga browsers to work with this if any of it helps

@g0blin

I'm not really into games much these days. Have my hands full doing other things

However, from what little I do know is that this is a retro game engine platform player, complete with graphics, backgrounds, themes, scenery, music and sound effects to enable users to easily create their very own unique retro platform game.

@TrevorDick

the games are very generic and frankly boring. but cool project either way.

Yes and, by the way, thank you for all your awesome work.

I'll take a deeper look into it. I'm developing my own technology but all this stuff can get handy for sure.
