Yes, and 9 womans can deliver baby in one month. True facts and Amiga math. Booting process is not similar to encoding MP3, it won't scale in linear fashion. You'd never be able to init every subsystem that's needed for a system to work in that time. You can put some things in as separate threads but then you'll end up at desktop that has no USB and no network stack.
