Hi!

Here is the command line template of unarc:

FROM,DEST=TO,PUBSCREEN/K,VERBOSE/T,VIEWER/K,AUTO=AUTOEXTRACT/S,QUIET/S:

If autoextract is set it doesn't extract the archive recursively.

Is it a missing feature or bug?

@Lazi

it's how it works, when it's autoextracted the archive it's finished, the resulting files are nothing to do with unarc. it's doesn't know or care what the contents of an archive are just what it's compressed with and where to extract it to.

Personally I would never want to recursivly extract archives anyway, especially ones that come with huge amounts of source code.

@Severin

Too bad because without autoextract the Unarc window is opens with the defined file and path and all files are selected. If you just press start, it extracts all content to the destination path.

I need this for autoinstall a Python module.
