RTG monitor driver & E-UAE

Is there a specific monitor driver for the emulated gxf card? I`m stuck with the PAL monitors (& laced resolutions) while running my A4000 backup volumes in E-UAE... (the real config was a P96 CV-3D monitor, now moved to storage/monitors )?
Is using an RTG display any faster than the emulated pal modes (which are painful slow like the real HW or even worse!)?
And a last question what about switching to fullscreen? Any key combinations? The documentation states F12&S, but won`t work.

@Cass

Yep. There's a uaegfx driver that's part of the p96 archive. Native gfx arent too bad really though on fast enough hardware (probably pretty slow on any ppc uae though). Not only is RTG faster because its typically faster on a real amiga, but its an additional overhead for emulation. Sticking to 16-64 colours though is nice and fast on a real amiga, depepnding on cpu and patches used (cant recommend fblit enough).

As for fullscreen S+f12 I believe is Linux/Mac only. EUAE needs to have fullscreen/windowed specified in the uaerc config file for amiga systems so far as I know, although if someone wants to correct me Id be happy to learn otherwise. You can however set it to "ask", which will prompt the user in regards to a screenmod e used at startup.

In the AmigaOS version of E-UAE it's ctrl-alt instead of f12 so that would be ctrl-alt-s (also make sure you don't have a commodity tied to that combination as it will otherwise eat the event before E-UAE gets it).
