If you have idea to ameliorate this tool, no problem

I work on this soft regulary so, in few days, i upload a version with some correction because on Morphos, the calculator don't work, and some things can be add

I reply later for new version

Just question : have you installed RxMUI or Not?
I thinks it is not necessary... but i'm not sure

It looks pretty good for a first public version, just maybe i will use the recent TheBar instead of the old SpeedBar MCC class

@ArtBlink

It looks bloody brilliant!

I'll downloaded and try out for sure. I code a lot on Hollywood using windows IDE, but this looks even better!

I need this kind of software so bad, since I never managed to configure the "Hollywood edition" version of Codebench.

I'll spread the word

cheers

@ArtBlink

Briefly tried it on MorphOS and must say it looks pretty neat and seems already to be quite useable. Very welcome, thumbs up!

@Samo79

I start on RxMui since 1 month approxymately, i don't know all command thanks for theBar, i read this for more information

@ilbarbax

Hello, thanks but i don't know why my small editor don't work on Aros...
I think, when i finished this editor with RxMui, i can make the same editor with MuiRoyale for Aros User.
But, continue to test other update, it can work later.

Have you got RxMUI or MUI on AROS?

(For information, in the Exemple directory, they are hollywood script)

Good fun

I have make a small update, when you click on your fonction in the Function(s) lits at the left, the editor block the function at the top of the edit

Well, font' forget, when you write :

Function MyFunction()

Don't forget, after to click on refresh button to insert the fonction in the lister

And, at the bottom, you have got a quick help on hollywood command, you can double click (or click and drag)on command at the left to insert hollywood command on texteditor

In the configuration of editor, the checkmark is for compilation in different system, exemple:

If you check Morphos and AROS, when you clic on Compile button, you generate 2 executable, one For Morphos and one for AROS

You have got button All, for All system

2 langages, French and English, but if you want, you can translate it in other langage, and i insert it in this editor

I need help, Can you test it on Amiga 6800x0+GFx card please?

Thanks a lot

Downloaded and testes a bit on OS4. Very nice. I did not understood was written in Arex!

One issue. It is clearly focused on the latest Hollywood command set. For people, like me, that has an older version the list is reporting unexisting commands. Can you think in having a mechanism that can detect the current version and filter the command list conseguently?

@ilbarbax

Your idea is very interesting, but how i can make this... hum... Don't worry, i search

I have add option like choose line number with keyboard, when hollywood return the number of the line where they are an error, you can directly go to the line directly

I add 2 option, the path where you have your script by default and the programm of your prefered calculator

all in the future update

Sorry for my english, i'm bad...

@ArtBlink

OK dude.

Downloaded and tested it. It is a very good job that will surely become my IDE when coding on Amiga!

Just one thing: I have a discrepancy with the appearance of the file. Once opened with MiniHollyEdit, every code line is separate from the other by an empty line. This does not happen when I open the same file with Hollywoof main GUI (using the "Display" tab) or when coding on a windows machine using Andreas IDE.

In other words, a script like this:

Function p_GameIntro()
; simple intro screen
Cls
PlayMusic(1)
DisplayBrush(20, #CENTER, #CENTER)
Wait(150)
EndFunction

will be diplayed this way:

Function p_GameIntro()

; simple intro screen

Cls

PlayMusic(1)

DisplayBrush(20, #CENTER, #CENTER)

Wait(150)

EndFunction

Any idea why this happens?

@ArtBlink

I use the windows IDE or Kate (under linux) or Annotate under OS4.x

Maybe the error relates to Kate, since I used to code a lot under Linux.
