Why "way too funny?"

Quote:
On November 20, 2017, a temporary injunction was entered by a New York state court to prohibit the Company and its stock transfer agent from issuing the stock dividend to Company shareholders, pending a hearing on the preliminary injunction filed against the Company by plaintiffs, Magna Equities II, LLC and Hanover Holdings I, LLC (“Plaintiffs”). The hearing on Plaintiffs’ preliminary injunction is scheduled for December 6, 2017.

SEC defendant Kueber avoids jail

Only of interest to those who understand his connection to WRIT, home of Amiga Games Inc.

DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS (etc. etc. etc.)

The important thing to note concerning Amiga Games Inc. connection (being a subsidiary of WRIT):

Quote:
All of WRIT Media Group's sales were derived from the Company's Pelecoin crypto-currency platform and sales of its Pelecoin Miner hardware system, which is preloaded with Pelecoin mining software.

Translation:Amiga and/or Games constitutes zero of their 3rd quarter, as per usual.

@Darrin

Define "alive".

It appears from the court records that the Magna lawsuit (link prior page of this thread) has now morphed into:

pdf
Highlights include:
Quote:
Evidence of an absence of assets appears in the Writ
SEC Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2017

which I mentioned prior.

Apparently one of the other lawsuits drags on as well:
Source
Also mentioned prior page of this thread.

Amiga Games Inc. has shown zero activity since they tried to have people pay for creating a player for the games they touted. It's been over 2 years now since that debacle.

Long downhill slide that wasn't worth reporting, but as of August Writ Media Group got downgraded from "pink".

Source

Definition of latest downgrade category:

Quote:
Pink No Information

Pink No Information companies are not able or willing to provide disclosure to the public markets - either to a regulator, an exchange or OTC Markets Group.

What this may mean for AmigaGames and all that was procured from Bill McEwen is unknown.

In case everyone forgot, WRIT connection to Amiga:

Here we go...again.

AmigaGamesInc. no longer has their bouncing ball demo as their sole "information" on their home page.

enjoy the latest development here?

This NFT stuff is stupid, I don’t get how a company that has no rights to these games / ip can get away selling NFT based on them. It’s nuts

Don’t forget the meta verser is prime for this stuff too
https://amigaworld.net/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=44413&forum=2

I mean has Amiga games got rights to these game, because I found this
https://www.escapistmagazine.com/amiga-games-inc-sells-for-half-a-million/

Yet I don’t see any games on the retro Amiga titles on android, unless it’s on about the few Amiga DE titles that where made which I guess they could of fooled an investor with.

Re:what is going on

Anyone and everyone I've responded to I've simply informed them that the entire history resides in this thread. Frankly the response so far has been TLDR.

I'm not about to do a full recap, but this post from the thread should help those who don't know the history and who is behind it.
source EAB
Please read his following posts regarding the games.

All social media ceased in 2015. You can confirm this by clicking the links towards bottom of the new AmigaGamesInc. page.
RetroInfinity Inc. (the branch developing the player and with the failed kickstarter) has not returned to social media with any new postings.

However, AmigaGamesInc. obviously has. In addition "Active World Club" is the newer active branch. They mention hosting a discord on topic. Apparently we have an exclusive closed society here.

For me 2 obvious questions arise.
(1) Why do they rise from 6-7 years of non activity at this time?
An attempt to cash in on the impending release of TheA500 and the media blitz that shall accompany it? Tying themselves to someone else's actual product? Coincidence?

(2) Why are they using the boing ball, when it is registered at uspto to Amiga Corporation?
When you realize that even licensee RetroGames Ltd. could/would not use it as is, it becomes even more a valid question, no? I don't see anything on the AmigaGamesInc. page concerning legal or used under license.

There are many other questions one can come up with, but this all goes back to Writer's Group Film Corp. (name changed to Writ Media Group (stock ticker:WRIT) after an earlier round of legal issues)

They are a pinkysheet on the U.S. stock exchange. How can this be anything but another attempt to affect their stock price and/or stop SEC from shutting them down?

My guess re:NFT is they know investors are basically idiots and use of certain buzzwords like NFT/blockchain etc. is going to bring in revenue.

Edit: spelling

Another tidbit that might illustrate how this works.

Written on what we could call the equivalent of our forums only a few days ago:

Quote:
Bout time we hear from the company on the plans here. They spent the money on reinstatement, now what?

So, people were likely acquiring assets in advance of telling "investors" of this new launch.
Then the stock gets pumped up obviously through the news, which spurs hype.

Get it?
