Dual displays work on the Sam460ex using the onboard sm502 video.

@vox

There is no MorphOS for SAM460, from what I heard it will be MorphOS 3.6 before it is released if at all.

So you will be stuck using OS4 on a board that also isn't fully supported by drivers.

Send me your X1000 and you can have my Dual Processor 2.7GHz G5 with 4GB RAM and 256MB Radeon 9650 that is fully supported by MorphOS 3.4, OSX 10.5 and Ubuntu 13.10.

in all seriousness we'll be sad to see you go, but i honestly think it's for the best. i hope you enjoy using your new SAM and MOS when it ships. you might start making friends at morphzone in the mean time. the folks there can answer all your MOS-related queries. good luck, and have fun.

I'm offering you a better deal, the 2.7GHz DP G5 is more powerful than the X1000 and the SAM460 combined and is fully supported by MorphOS 3.4.

The SAM460 is not supported by MorphOS at all and just like the X1000 it isn't fully supported by OS4.

No Intel inside it either.

If MorphOS ever does get released for the SAM460 though, what makes you think the MorphOS Team will even want to take your money for a MorphOS licence after the way you publicly conduct yourself since you bought the X1000? Then you would have paid $3000 for a SAM460 worth $1000 running an OS4 that you have no support for.

Take my offer or sell your X1000 to recoup as much as you can to pay off your loan.

So if MorphOS never gets released for the 460 what will you do?

If it does get released but the MorphOS Team refuse to sell you a licence what will you do?

Probably sue them. After all, they did "promise" support And unreleased features without a guaranteed release date seem to be grounds to sue for to him&him...

I'm sorry, buy this seems like an utterly ridiculous situation with such feeble arguments that I'd be surprised if any court would even entertain the claims. And that's without putting 'I&I' on the submission...
