I have made a big amount of drawesr for new programs in Ken's drawer V4 style as I dislike Mason icons badly (especialy the drawers, totally wrong angel for me)

I was thinking of asking for his permission to upload my icons to os4depot but I can not find his e-mail adress anywhere. Anyone here who knows hoe to get in contact with him?

edit: Typos, rephrasing and such, it is very late after all. I think it's a new record in corrections for me.

You don't need his permission if you are only uploading your icons, you would only need it if you were adding yours to his and uploading a complete package.

Just describe them as 'Drawer icons in the style of Ken' or similar and put that you based the look on his style in the readme.

I chat with him on IRC but he's not been around lately, maybe real life is getting in the way.

OK, nice. I will upload them in a few days when I have compiled them. I have often copied the program icon and pasted it to the Ken's style drawer. If the original creator takes offense I guess he'll have to contact me.

To be totally honest with you, as long as you've used AmigaOS4 icon sources no one will really care. If you've used MorphOS sources you might get someone still carrying a grudge complain.

You could also send the specific icons to the developer as a contribution.

I was planning to do so, especially as I have translated some programs to Swedish. I will mail the developers of those programs my icons first.

@All: I will be uploading the icons within a week. There still is some tweaking to do on some icons, I noticed.

Great work! Very practical, beautiful. I use them, but the larger size makes them look odd next to Kens other icons. Do you plan to do more?

Go into workbench prefs, icons tab and set drawer icon scaling, maximum size to match kens original icon size.

Is that the offical box design of OS4.2 you have there?

I have now uploaded a new version of my icons with 72 even more modern icons.
