Sorry, I don't know of any videos posted just yet..... but cameras were rolling all over the place at AmiWest 2014 so be sure the videos will come.

Meanwhile, some photos....

Epsilon got that ball rolling with frequent and timely blog posts from the show. Lots of pictures are featured:

Epsilon's AmiWest 2014 blog posts with photos

And here are my pictures from the show:

Mike Brantley's AmiWest 2014 photos

Please let me know about corrections or omissions regarding names and name spellings. I didn't quite remember everybody's moniker and am a little shaky on a couple of spellings. Sorry if I got it wrong, but it'll be easy enough to correct if needed.

For a trip down memory lane, here's the old link to my photos from last year -- my first trip to Sacramento (I plan to go back!):

Mike Brantley's AmiWest 2013 photos

@amigakit

It's great that such a small show still attracts people who played important parts in the Amiga's rich history. Would have loved to have heard the stories he couldn't say on camera.

@Rob

Certain individuals which some consider a "hero" he lifted the lid on their involvement which prevented him and Dave Pleasance from taking control of the assets. I am positive that Colin and Dave would have done a better job of taking Commodore forward.

He hightlighted to us that Commodore UK was the strongest Commodore subsidary in the world, surprisingly financial more robust than Commodore Germany!

That was when I messed up and said you need a previous 4.1 license to upgrade to 4.1 Final Edition. I only found out later I totally botched that one. Sorry!

In any case, registering your serial numbers is still highly recommended and is even required to download most files from Hyperion's web site and for AmiUpdate to work.

Yes, a good idea to register the serials every time.

When you are next around our office, I can tell you how the evening went. Plus I believe there is now a YouTube video with his speech.

@mbrantley

Here's my somewhat verbose Blog / Show Report.

http://webplus.broad.ology.org.uk/blog.php?blogid=560

Fleshed out with some of Mike Photos, TY Mike, and a couple of videos from Tekmage.

Thanks to all for a really great extended weekend.
