Somehow my WHDLoad installation got corrupted in my SAM460ex running AOS4.1.6, so I'd like to completely uninstall the existing version to start with a fresh new one.
So here I have a few questions:
1. In which directories do I have to look to delete all WHDLoad files? and, what files do I need to delete? 2. Which version of WHDLoad should I use? 3. Or is it something else allowing to run WHDLoad games in RunInUAE that needs to be fixed?
Thank you.

An alternative to RunInUAE is whdload-to-uae, it does the same thing, however if you do install it it might overwrite thing that RunInUAE uses. (I'm assuming there is special or should be special version of WHDLoad for RunInUAE.)
If you wont to find out what our using, its as easy as download whdload-to-uae, compare the size of SYS:C/WHDLOAD if its the same size as the one in whdload-to-uae/c/whdload then you have already installed whdload-to-euae.
680x0 stuff gets installed in sys:Emulation/whdload, this directory has nothing to do with RunInUAE, but is used by whdload-to-uae.
