I tried to reach him via email but got no response.
Someone is posting really sick stuff there in my name.
Would like to have this deleted.

Nice speech...but when some use a forum & uses other ppls nicks to preach their hate with the sole intent to hurt others, its slander. You are right with what you wrote in email.
One side of me knows this... But the other not.
Moobunnie is fine as long te people read the rule above the thread table.
There are rules even on moobunny.
I have no problem if someone writes I am gay or stupid or whatever.
I find it disgusting to write things about hitler, child's and other sick things.

Long story short, I will ignore those not so hard jokes but I am awaiting response about a thread I forwarded via email to the email written above the thread table.

So if the guy who pays hosting for moobunny would be so kind to read his emails I am fine.
Else I will start legal action against him "doesn't matter" who he is or if I know him at all - it is just needed task to ask dreamhosters to take it down temporary.

I just wan't the child thing and hitler stuff to be removed .

I can't say I noticed any gay spammers on ann.lu. I guess that was the reason you had to get an account to post later. I had no problem getting an account but I noticed that posting dropped off massively after that.

Freedom of speech is fine but what has this to do with mocking people and going over the law.

If I goole my name i find on page2 moobunny telling the world that I molested childs.. great freedom of speech.

Yay! Awesome! So for me the owner of this site is responsible for this. I gave him 72hours to delete .. he didn't. So I have to think the site is abandoned or the likes what happens there.

This leads to the next step: contacting the hosting company and giving them 48hours to react before finally taking legal action.
