Amiga is Amiga 1000, 500, 1200, 4000, CD32 and CDTV what your asking is can I run AmigaOS (Workbench/Kickstart) on it then, the answer is not without emulation, so basically the same as any other Windows, Mac or Linux box.
There is a OS called AROS that try being as close to AmigaOS 3.1 as possible, this should run on it.

The RetroPi consists of Emulationstation that runs many past game systems (I think about 30) on a Raspberry Pi. So I think if it mentions the Amiga, it probulary means emulated. It could mean just games disks (ADF????)

Re: RetroPi - Does it emulate Amiga and is it any good? Posted on 4-Mar-2015 20:13:25
Dont bother no desktop to transfer files easy. only 2 usb ports on pi is a nightmare keep changing from keyboard to mouse. could not get it to update using eithernet and would not complete install of lxde gui / dektop. Have not yet successfully had a game run plus you will need to setup uae4all adf fils every time you want to play a game which is not ideal. I am not going to bother with it anymore with a pi1 maybe pi2 will be better with more usb ports. But the main thing is when trying to get it working i was having to power it off which causes it to corrupt the sd card needing you to run fsck very aynoying
