Stuck on CFE screen after 4.1 FE install(solved)

Hello,
Finally decided to install FE. All seemed to go OK and workbench loaded. I had the problem with the CF card that has come up before on the forum, so I removed it. set my screenmode, sound etc rebooted and fine. Inserted the cf card and formatted it to use on the x1000,
Now when I boot I am stuck on the CFE screen, all goes well up to-
Requested state A4 (1800mhz)
then-
Loader:elf Filesys:fat Device:cf0 File:amigaboot.of options:null
Loading failed.
Could not load cf0:amigaboot.of:file not found
Thanks in advance for any help.

It sounds like your amigaboot.of file was on your compact flash card rather than the ide0.0 partition of your hard drive which is the default configuration. If that was the case reformating the cf card for use by OS4 may be why your getting the file not found. Refer to pages 5-7 of your AmigaOne manual. (I'm currently booting my amigaboot.of from a fat16 formated Compact Flash card, not sure if this would work with the CF card formated in an Amiga format). _________________
