Saw that yesterday, I already ordered my copy. Nice to see a sequel. _________________

| I wonder will it be a new story upon the current engine, or maybe based on a new one?

AFAIK it will also be based on Backbone, which is the Achilles heel of this project. _________________ This is just like television, only you can see much further. |

Yes, it's a Backbone game, but at least ToG is a finest example of Backbone creation. _________________

I have nothing against the ToG's design, it's just that Backbone is way too limited. If someone were to write a custom engine, it would not only do away with the bugs of Backbone, but would allow for better gameplay, better use of the hardware, etc. This doesn't mean that I don't appriciate ToG or it's sequel being made. _________________ This is just like television, only you can see much further. |
