Nice video but Ihave to admit that I was cringing in some places due to the lack of ESD protection when handling a board like that :O

@AmigaBlitter

More exciting than a video of someone opening up a second hand Macbook.

ahh where's your anti-static wrist band

poor dude didn't get his name on the MB because I think only beta-testers had that option ??

anyhow reminds me of the excitement I felt when I got my X1K ...so happy we have A-Eon & ACube pushing us forward into the future....only Amiga

Good luck with your investment!

Hopefully more X1000/5000 and sam users will encourage an accelerated driver development so you get full utilization of your hardware.

@Overflow

The video is related to tslom, aka Luigi Burdo, last Cyrus betatester, not to Amigablitter

yes we all have our paths to take on a 'version' of one's future
I personally prefer a vision of do'ers and makers rather than vapour ware and nay sayers

@wawa

Reading a moaning comment about it?

That said, I hope tlosm will eventually upload a good quality video of him using the x5000 with productivity software, demostrating what its good for performance wise.

must be talking to youself as you commented first, and your comment was longer. not to compare with the length of video though.

While unboxing might not be the most exiting in the world, Ill grant you that, I still dont see the need for the incessive negativity you have to anything "NG".
I assume me and you both find the X1/5000 too expensive to justify what you get, but I dont feel the need to constantly piss in peoples flakes over it.
